K2 Diving operates on a Skill Progression System. A diver can progress through 5 levels, with the skills increasing in complexity with each level.

Some of you may already have some diving experience, i.e. recreation center dive league, prior experience. Whatever the case may be … after attending the LESSON PROGRAM or a brief, scheduled workout, divers are assigned either the BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD or GOLD ELITE teams based on skill level.

*Most often a new diver will start off with a session at the Dry Land Training Center before going to the pool.
Bronze Team
Bronze team divers must perform all skills for this level before advancing to the next level. Bronze team divers will learn INTERMEDIATE DIVES PLUS BASIC AND INTERMEDIATE SOMERSAULTING.
